Internship at the Agency for Adult and Further Education in Hanover

Since the beginning of October until the end of January, I have been doing an internship at the Agency for Adult and Continuing Education or AEWB for short. Here I am working in the areas of: Literacy / Basic Education, EU Programmes and Migration - Integration.

The diversity of my areas of responsibility is also reflected in my activities.
I see myself somewhere between an "office fairy", who updates address lists, for example, and a pedagogical assistant, who does specialist research work, helps with preparations, can let off steam conceptually and continues her professional development at seminars and so on. All in all, it's a very successful mix.
So I don't have to make coffee ;-)

I made the decision to do an internship in Hanover quite consciously.
I see it as a good opportunity to gain professional experience in Lower Saxony and perhaps make one or two contacts.

But since I've been bitten by the wanderlust again, I'll "simply" do a second internship abroad afterwards.
Because the idea of the internship semester is clearly defined for me: to gain as much professional experience as possible and to get a taste of as many different areas as possible.

Ideally, a Master's thesis topic will come my way... But if that doesn't work out, it's no big deal.
